Squeaky front brakes

    not sure what the brand name was...anything will do. I went to a hardware store and they had one that said - high temperature silicon lubricant excellent for brake parts and other automotive applications

    I didn't rip into the hydrolics at all. The only things I removed were the old pads. While the pads were out and I had the calipers pulled off, I pumped the brakes to push the cyclinders all the way out so I could get in there good with the brush.

    I really didn't do anything fancy, just scrubbed all the gunk out. The noise and squeking is caused by vibration somewhere in the system, the dirt and grit can add to that vibration.
