What is the difference between Mesh and Textile

I am looking into getting some gear for summer riding what is the difference between mesh and textile jackets. I have my eye on a mesh with a liner that zips out.

the difference

textile is synthetic cloth ( cordura) and mesh is textile with big holes in it to let the breeze in textile is more wind proof

Thanks you just saved me from making a mistake I though both were free flowing of air to keep me cool now I know which I am buying.
