Got the new bike running today. Cleaned the carbs, changed the oil and filter.

One mixture screw tip was broken, but the end wasn't stuck in the hole. One float bowl and drain screw were chewed to crap, Vise-grip torture.

These carbs have 140 mains, otherwise all spec stock. I coudn't get 2 of the air jets out, so cleaned them out with spray cleaner and a wire.

    Set the floats at 27mm.

I am missing the 2 little choke detent balls, but the springs were there, go figure.

I am missing a couple small parts for the airbox, and one rubber grommet for the rear turn signals. I took off the carrier and aftermarket signals the PO had put on, and started to put stock lights on, that I had laying around.

Next up will be to fine tune and synch the carbs, check the cam chain, then flush the hydraulics. The front brake doesn't work atm. Then I'll tackle the fuseblock and other checks.
Nice day, if it doesn't rain...

Put the new fuseblock in, and had a problem with the main power connector to the dash.

All the wiring is back to normal, the kill switch circuit is now working the way it is supposed to, except I don't have the switch.

Flushed the front brakes, but I think the MC is leaking at the piston.

Rear MC is going to be tough, 2 of the lid screws don't want to come out.

The plug on the cam chain tensioner is missing, but looks like PO plugged it with something.

Synched the carbs, set the idle mix, and it's starting and purring very nicely now.
