  • Rear engine mounting bolt

I am trying to mount the footpegs with the rear engine mounting bolt, and it isn't long enough?!?!

I measured it and it is 12' 3/4". Can someone PLEASE measure theirs and tell me if the previous idiot cut the mounting bolt?

    Thanks!

    Yeap, you've been PO'd!

Just a tad over 15" long on my 81SH!

You will probably need to get some ALL thread to replace it, or if you are a welder, get a piece to add to the end!?
