anyone else see this baby on youtube?

it says it's an 80 but the seat and tank say 79 or 78??? unless the aussies got the square tank and seat cowl for the 80 model as well?

i wonder what mods he has to get 107 rwp???

i didn't see the exhaust on the side of it so he has a 4-1 and i know it's not a turbo because the turbo kits dump out the same side as the shaft...

regardless it sounds like my 79 when i hammer it up the freeway. there's just something about a 4-1 1100!!! especially at about 8k rpm's!

Also, did you notice how much the rear end lifts up? Some torque!!

Yeah, I am certain that guy joined within the last year. I do remember that he had quite a bit of work done to it but can't remember what all it was.

This bike would spank a lot of newer bikes out there for sure...

I don't know about you guys but it sounds very well tuned and to me, it even sounds like it is revving much higher than 8500 until it hits a rev limiter. It sounds a lot to me like a more modern I4.

                    Gee you guys - Thx

yeh the machine is written up here and on the UK site under the same user name
I recently 'dialled' the cams and fiddled the carb jets but its all as written apart from that

Very nice bike you've got there. I noticed you had "off the shelf" rear sets on yours, would you happen to have a source for them?
