Cleaning rusty tanks has come up again lately.
After I cleaned my standard tank with the electrolysis/cleaning soda method I looked everywhere for a decent sized bottle of Phosphoric acid to coat the raw steel of the tank. I hit all of the paint stores and they didn't have anything more than 8oz bottles of paint etch.
I found this a couple of week ago at the local Lowes Home improvement store and wondered if anyone had tried this through the tank.

It only lists Phosphoric acid and by the instructions it must be fairly high %.
Just thought I would check with any one here just in case someone has had a bad adventure with the stuff before I run it around my tank.
The price wasn't too bad at $4.99 or so. At least I didn't think so.
