“All stock” as in what came from the factory or all stock as in new from the dealer? This really does make a difference. Also did you put fuel filters on it to keep out contaminates from the tank?

Also did you check the carb diaphragms? A small leak here will cause allsorts of problems.

I did screw in pilot screws to original default yamaha repair manual settings. I did lower the bowl fuel level, but I just reset it to default and didnt try it since, gotta get me an air compressor first to clean em again while Im at it...

The middle two carbs were out of sync (check presync. carbs tip). I'll try to get the spark-plug-combustion-glowie-color-thingie to set the fuel mixture (colortuning carbs) and I'll borrow a set of vacuum gagues to sync them. Not sure which to do first.

I'll get back to all that in a few days... a friend just bought a new new ZRX 1200. Looks great.

All stock as it came from the factory... I installed the fuel filters, but not soon enuff since there was some goo in the carbs... the carb diaphragms are OK.... tested them. I'll post results if any... when I put the whole thing back together.
