FJ1100 Carbs

Yup, Garth ... I bit it ...

Was exhausted after that session, wasn't sure that I wasn't too tired to test ride it once I got it back together. But once I got on it, it felt so good that I didn't want to get off of it. Kinda' reminded me of my old girlfriend, Julie and the Dire Straits song lyric ... "Julie, I'd do the stars with you any time" ... naughty boy, ain't I?

Hey guys! I bought an xs1100e and it came with this carb:

and no airbox!

is this a fj1100 carb? and how do i hook up the vacuum advance? do the four small hoses act as the vacuum advance?

Those look to be 79 special carbs. Look for a small pipe sticking out of the 2 Carb on the engine side
