  • Will be selling XJ1100J rear shocks ...

I replaced them with Progressive shocks.

Any thoughts of what they should go for on eBay?

Frankly, I'm not sure if the seals are blown or not. I may not have known how to fill them correctly but I usually felt like I had no shocks.

The bike had 18,000 miles when I pulled them.

They usually don't go for much.. but you may find someone in need. Probably better if you could confirm that they were still good though. As for the seals... Put in @ 40 psi into the shocks (WHat I usually use..) and check it a day or two later and see if they still have 40 lbs of pressure in them.

Thanks trbig, good suggestion. I'll start with that.

(You see how pathetic I am with stuff like this. Why I always say I'd rather not ride a bike I worked on.)
