  • Anybody know about Pacifico Aero XP fairings

I'm looking at a Pacifico aero XP fairing off a Suzuki GS850G. Does anybody know anything about these fairings? Are windshields still available?

Somewhere I thought I saw that the Yamaha fairings were by Pacifico aero - anybody know if that is true? I presumably would need a mounting bracket for an XS11. I don't recall ever seeing one. Anybody know where to get one?

I'm interested in the Pacifico because I was reading in XS11 Heaven that the Pacifico gives the passenger better protection than the windjammer. Anybody have any experience with that?

    I'm just full of questions!

    Thanks,
    Paul

Yamaha had a one off fairing for the 1978 tour package that was build buy Pacifico. It was the best fairing available, IMHO. I never had a problem with lift, and it DIDN'T cut my top end down by 15 MPH like some fairings.....
I DO have a spare powder coated mount bracket for the Yamaha fairing, as well as the fairing and second mount that will be going on my "new" daily ride, once it's painted. Windshields can still be had, but I've lost the link for the online company who had them. I'm sure a google search will come up with a few choices.
