    hey all,

I am currently working on replacing the seals on my brothers 80G and the seals that he got are too small on the OD. The part(stamping) a 10.5-12. is this right? what is the correct part # i need? where can i get them?

also is it normal(to an extent) for the springs to be worn out to the point of being 4 inches shorter than spec?
    thanks

Standards use the 37X49X8 size. That one you mentioned is probably for a Special. I get mine from Dennis Kirk usually, but any company that sells fork seals should have them. No that's not normal spring wear. The springs for the Special are about 3.5 inches or so longer than the Standards.
