Looks like Olddue had the 81 Special. Wacked the Octy like alot of us "Special" folks.

Lordskeep, those needles go to the emulsion tube/ needles. Not part of the choke/enrichment system (not directly).

You are correct I restored a 81 SH. Thanks for the offer of the parts but from what I have read and the responces to my questions it looks like I need to do a triple clean of the carbs. This is a great group of people and over the last few years I have gotten almost all the info I needed to do my restore. Thanks to all.

You might not need to clean them three times if you are real thorugh the first time
