Yep, as I understand it Randy has it right. Watts is the total energy used. Volts X Amps = approximately watts for single phase power. For three phase power the square root of three applies. Lets not try and apply power factor though. I hate when they poor alot of head on my beer. A circuit draws a certian amount of energy or watts. You can increase one of the two, volts or amps, and the other will decrease proportionately to provide the same energy.

Did the fuses both blow under the same circumstances, as in while you were backing it out of the garage? If so you can remove the tank and seat then back the bike out like you did before, as you do pay close attention to how the forks move and how the wiring harness moves with it. It may have rubbed the insulation off somewhere and when you move the bike in a way that causes the bare spot to short out.Fastmover
