cam chain, gaskets and rings

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know where to get a new cam chain, gaskets and rings for a '81 RH XS1100? I can get them from Yamaha but the price will be astronomical. Also does anyone have a manual for the '81 RH?

Zanotti's sounds decent, partsnmore has the cam chain and gasket set - the rings are gonna be expensive though.
