    I know that if I'm too genital shifting into 4th mine will grind. I can't explain it as it dose not happen with any of the other gears. Kind of sounds like a ford top loader 4 speed with bad syncros. Have found that If I keep fresh , under 1000 miles, oil in it it dose not seem to happen as often.
