    Problems with Mikes XS

I cannot get the checkout page to load no matter how many times I try or how long I wait. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, the front wheel parts diagrams show two wheel seals and the "dust boot". Mike's has the one seal (left side/speedo side) and the boot. Is the second (right side) needed?

    Thanks again!

It's not Mikes, it's your computer. Try emptying the cache and cookies and try ordering again.

Also check to see if you have POPUP blocker active? Might need to select to ALLOW popups on that page.

BTW, just noticed a considerable change on their page.

Free shipping now ONLY IF YOU ARE ORDERING $150.00 or more, not just $50.00!!

Sorry, can't advice on the seals question? But have you cross referenced the OEM Yamaha #s for the 650 with the XS11, there are possible differences in years, the very early year 650's vs. the later ones, and their possible compatibility with the XS11?

I just ordered from Mikes last week. I got the free shipping on $50 .

I did not have any problems with the cart. I used my opera browser.

I tried clearing my cache, cookies, and even history with no luck. I even disconnected and reconnected my internet with no help. I'm pretty sure the problem is on my end with my dial up internet.

I just sent an email to him to see if I could order what I needed through email or phone.

Does anyone know about the seals?

          Thanks!

If you order the front wheel oil seals for a 79 XS650SF, the part #'s are identical to the 80 XS1100G.

            Left oil seal: 93105-45017
            Right oil seal: 93102-28022

I found the info at this Yamaha web site...

BTW, you can re-use the old ones if they're not damaged. Just pry 'em out real careful.

I just ordered from there last week too! No problems, although it did take a really long time to go the the cart after I clicked on the add to cart link. And i did get the free shipping! Good thing I didn't wait!

Clerek, I tried waiting, waiting, waiting some more, leaving to kill time, and waiting some more. I just wouldn't go. I think it's a combo of a slow processing shopping cart along with my stupid dial up internet.

Hopefully Mike's will accept the email order.
