the XS11 main fuse is 30Amps so if the draw on the battery is more than 30Amps the main fuse will blow.
However, the starter ain't connected through a fuse and draws I dunno how much but I betcha it's around 100Amps.
Or are you asking what the alternator charge rate is? Hopefully, a couple of Amps more than the lights and the ignition are drawing.
Q & D tests:-
If the tach works the bike alternator is also working.
If you shine the headlight against garage door at night and it gets brighter as the engine is revved up the alternator is working good.Fred Hill, S'toon

I don't really understand your question. Are you referring to the amp/hour rating of the battery or available cranking amps?If you're wondering weather your battery is good you can have your local bike shop or auto electric shop load test the battery. Also you can do it yourself with a volt meter. There are several posts on battery testing.1980 special (Phyllis)
