Carb question......

There is a "T" fitting that connects carbs 1&2 and 3&4 ---- I have a leak from the "T" fitting between 3&4 - I have checked a couple of spots and these fittings are apparently discontinued

Doe anyone have any ideas where I can get a new "T" fitting or what I could do to fashion one up in its place????
