Installing head on 1978 XS 11

I have started working on putting a XS 11 back together and have not got a book yet.. I have ordered one but it will be 2-3 weeks, and I am down to installing the cams and need to know if someone with a book can give me some instructions on how to setup the cam timing and what the head bolts torque settings are?
