Looking to buy rings for my bike. Having trouble finding anything. Anyone know a supplier that actually has any??

Have you already torn down the engine?? Are you sure you need rings??

Bike Bandit still lists them in Std, 1st and 2nd OS's!!

This is for 1 set of rings for ONE PISTON! You will have to shell out over $250.00 for a complete set of rings!!

Have you measured your cylinders to be sure that you can go back with just a HONING and rings?? If it's beyond spec, you'll need to bore it, and that's even more dismal news. Oversized pistons are Unobtanium from Yamaha anymore!!!

The only choice you will have is to get 1 of 2 varieties of big bore kits from WISECO, or....there was a recent thread where Dan Hodges...master mechanic guru knows of a place that will MAKE custom pistons, and provide rings, head gaskets and such, and may end up being cheaper than WISECO, heard their prices have jumped considerably....used to be you could get a complete set, pistons, rings, wristpins, keepers, head gasket for $400-500, but that has changed recently!!
