Valve Clearances

Hello All
I am tuning my XJ1100, however do not own a service manual.
Can anyone tell me the Valve Clearance Spec for both Intake and Exhaust?

I also own a XJ650J and have all the tools I need to tune the XJ11 but the Spec!

Intake 0.11~0.15mm

Exhaust 0.21~0.25mm

Normal email systems (Yahoo, MSN, AOL, etc...) you can only send/recieve file sizes up to 10mb. If you go get a free email account at Gmail (Google's email) I can send you an XJ manual on PDF format. Just PM me with your email address and I can get it to you.
