    re-chroming

does anyone have any idea how much this would cost? I'm wanting to re-chrome various parts on my XS.

saw this kit but it's pretty expensive. if i had a lot more stuff to do it would probably be worth it.

I looked into this a couple of years ago when I was resurrecting my Godzilla, found that it would be very prohibitive and so that's why I went with NEW upper fork tubes instead!! And I painted my fenders also!!!! Good luck.

I've been watching that new American Chopper show on Discovery channel, and they talk about the tens to hundreds of thousands of Dollars it costs to make one of those special custom machines, I'm sure the chroming makes a good part of that cost!!??
