Hardtail??

Has anyone done a hardtail conversion on an XS? Does anyone know of anyone who makes a rigid frame for this bike? I've seen the jackshaft conversion and was thinking that it wouldn't be that hard to do.

Welcome too XS11.There is a recent thread on a hardtail conversion.I dont know if they did one or were just checking into it.Just use the search function and type in hardtail and you should come up with something.

Welcome to the site. Do a search, I am sure there are at least a couple guys who have done a hardtail and there was a fairly recent thread along those lines.
