    Finally got it done. Made a new friend in Albuquerque who has all the tools and toys. He's got the little cable lube gizmo, as well as a vacuum tester for the carb settings.

    So ... I ordered Larry Foster's YICS over-ride device and Tom (ABQ friend) helped me lube my clutch cable and adjust the carbs.

    What a difference. My bike was starting to sound like a Hardley. Now it purrs and hums. And squeezing the clutch is far easier.

    Of course, his Goldwing clutch is easiest of all because it's hydraulic ...

      Amazing how Much difference the lube makes on the clutch cable.

      Do not forget the throttle & speedo cables.
