f-16 windshield

here is my lovely new f16 windshield. got it for 54.00 on enay from maw online. make an offer to him and he'll give it away for 54.00 i think they have about 20 or so left.

i am 5'9" and i have no buffeting with this shield it works great!!!!! i think it'd fit better on a special but it still looks good. i may paint my fork ears black to hide it better.

there is a touring one also for about 5 more bucks. it's only 3" taller but it looks goofey on a cruiser. i found a pic of a harley with one and it looks like the head of one of the aliens from... aliens or avp or alien or resurection...

Hey, I've got the touring one on my special and I don't think it looks "goofey"! I'll post up some pics someday.

I prefer to ride windshield-free and I have the world's ugliest handlebar fairing hanging up in my garage gathering dust because nobody would ever want it and I'm too cheap to throw it away. But that f16 windshield on your bike looks so neat that I'm tempted.

Shield looks good . I wonder how it would fit on a XJ11 with the guages and stuff .

can you posta close up of how it mounts to the bike. I am looking at the f16 or f18.

i have fox shocks on the back if that's what your asking???


also i just unbolted the reflectors and bolted it right on the bike from there. the top of it rests on the instument cluster.

i thought about buying a new cluster called vapor i think??? they make several types. i looked them up a moth ago. i think they are around 100 bucks. and kinda neat.

it should fit right on the xj. i tried to use the xj headlight on this bike but the ears for the xs are too short and aimed the wrong way.
