Today i rode the bike around the block to survey the recent storm. When i put it into gear,it seems that the rpms seem to stay the same in all gears when i let out the clutch. It idles at around 1000 rpms and when i slow down and almost come to a stop, the rpms are a little higher.Only when the bike is in neutral does the rpms return to normal. The bike rides fine,is this normal?I never really noticed this before, does something seem odd?If the carbs were not synced properly would the rpms seem to stay in the same range when shifting every time?Is this a clutch/carb issue?

    lean

If the idle seems to float a little high check your plugs for a lean mix and maybe grease up your throttle cable
