      Hey Elliott,

I editted your thread a little....I'm sure you meant that your Stripping it, not Striping it as in a barber pole pattern!

Yeah, photos are always nice, welcome, and encouraged!

Be sure you put on ACTUAL K&N's, cause if you used aftermarket generic look alikes, then you'll want to check out the tech tips, mods, regarding POD FILTERS, some inherent problems can occur with them ie. flooding/restricted air flow, etc.!

You'll also want/need to check with your local constabulatory regarding the laws of required safety equipment, ie. turn signals, horns, etc.! Some states allow the use of hand signals vs. turn signals, but others say IF the bike came with them from the factory, they have to stay on!?

That is a good point about the turn signals.Almost half the people in cages don't know what half of them stand for.I got hit years ago, the woman that hit me told the cop that the driver was making some stupid gesture with his left hand.I told the cop that the hand signal meant that i was slowing or stopping. He instead said she was tailgating me and she had to pay a careless driving violation charge.

Don't they test for that knowledge when everyone gets a driver license?? I know that was the first thing I had to display knowledge of when I was 16, taking my driving test in California. Of course, they DIDN'T test for parallel parking though. I kinda wish they had, cause I had gotten really good at it, and wanted to show off! :P

Hey Kelliott, Do you have the left side cover. You guys should try riding in china town in San Fran, it is very challenging and will make you a better rider or give you some kind of neck injury from shaking your head so much.
