Just a quick question , what size/brand pod air filters are you guys using? Bike is a 80 xs1100G with 4 into 2 header. I've seen 52 and 54mm so far.
    Any sugestion? Thanks Den

You'll need the 54mm size. A lot of people prefer the ones from mikesxs.com like these...

I'm using EMGOs the same size as mentioned above. I have no restrictions due to the lip either...

I run the mikes xs 54mm pods ($16 ea), and my brother has the foam variety. Mine fit nice and they're all straight. The foam ones are a little too big in diameter and they bump into each other. He also has issues with them falling off if they're not mounted just right. Partsnmore also has the oval pod filters in 54mm for $12 ea. Haven't heard from anyone using the partsnmore, but they look pretty much like the mikes xs except they're gray, and they don't have the 'XS' stamp on the chrome.
I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

I asked partsnmore if they have the XS stamp on them about a month ago and they said yes. I didn't buy them yet because I did Ivan's EMGO pod mod.
