i have an 82 xj i picked up over the weekend. it has the original alloy side panels and seat trim. any one have any ideas on what will best clean these to bring these back to life. also, today while riding i lost my back brakes. upon inspection, the rod that is connected to the pedal that engages the brakes is gone. anyone ever have to replace this part. if so, is there a diffuculty level involved. thanks
