Try taking one of the ones that you do have into an automotive or farm supply store or even a bearing supply house to see if they can match it up. Mind you, you might end up buying a bag of them but it still shouldn't cost you as much as Yamaha would want for it.

MikesXS in Brooksville, FL has a kit that contains the o-ring, washer and aluminum plug (p.n. 48-5012) and can be reached at (352)540-9204. He has parts for XS650s but some of the parts fit XS11s also. You can find his parts listings at: www.650motorcycles.com/mikesxs.html
You might also try: www.motorcyclecarbs.com I think Robert could probably sell you just the part you want. Check out all the carb parts that he has.

Yep. I made a handy dandy hook wire. I used it to pull out one o ring in good shape and one that was flat due to missing washer. I found a replacement washer at a hardware store today. No luck on the wahsers yet but I did discover that my carbs are from an 81 standard, it appears. See my other thread for that little discovery.
It is so great to have experts like this list. Hard to imagine reworking a bike without help like this.
