A queston about missing in 1 or 2 cylinders

Hiya all. Ive had a problem with the bike since I first rode it. When letting off the throttle to slow down, and then giving just a little throttle to pick up a little speed, it starts missing on 1 or 2 cylinders. I let off the throttle completely, and it backfires once, and then, when I give it throttle, its fine. It never, ever does this when there is a load on the engine, only when adding a little throttle after letting off of it It was a lot worse before they retouted the fuel lines. Ive spliced the coil pickup wires well, and it still does it!! Any suggestions?? And, also, should I run the bike, as much as I can, at 4k to 6k, whether in town, or on the road?? For instance, if I have to go slowly in traffic, pic a lower gear and higher rpm?? Thanks in advance.

Sorry about the oversight?? Also, my bike is the US version, I live in the Philippines, is there any way I can find out what year it is??

To find out what year it is, look at the FRAME number on the steering stem. Here is a link, Serial Number guide that will show all the US bikes.
I usually ride my machine at LOW RPM's, 2K to 5K. The fuel mileage is better, and the bike will pull from 1500RPM all the way up.
As for the miss, try unscrewing the spark plug caps off the end of the wires, clipping about 1/4" off the wire, and then screw them back on. I would also check the caps with a VOM, to make sure you are about 5K Ohms of resistance. If you have one that is a lot higher than the others, replace it. The caps can be ordered from almost any parts house that carries NGK plugs.
