    Hi YHS,

Nice fairing, but p'raps a bit "angular" for the XS?

The RD125LC is a TINY bike, and the fairing is equally small; I have seen that screen fitted to various bigger bikes, and I think it will look a lot smaller in life than your photoshop version.

Check out the National Cycle "F-series" sport shields. They have a similar look but are sized right for an XS. I've got one on mine and think it looks good. If you want I could post a picture when I get home.

The link worked for me and yes it appears to be just a fork mounted sheild and not a frame mounted fairing.Psycoreefer...nice bike and adorable family too...they're so cute.

            Hi YHS,

The RD125 light is square, but it is a LOT smaller than the XS version.

I have a catalogue here which lists the RD light as 5.5" x 7.5" overall. The AR lamp is close to the size of the XS version; I have an AR fairing here which I can measure if you like.

Unfortunately, I can't do any pics at the moment; I broke my digi camera in the garage last week, and I can't afford the replacement I want right now.

I went with the GIVI airstars universal/ headlight mount. I had to up the size of the stock hole one size on my step drill bit.

this one looks like it will fit a square head light.
OR, you could always change to a round headlight

thanks alan. i didn't doubt you about the size. and if you would liek i'd love for you to measure the ar125 one. i like the seca900 also but i can't find a replacement fiberglass one for that one. and the ar and rd ones are cheap. i have a round light in the garage from the xj but i want to stick with the square. i may just have to stick with the origional idea and get the 100.00 zrx1200r faring. with one of those flip up windscreens.

                  Hi YHS,

The Seca 900 was probably similar to our XJ900F?.... early ones had a quarter fairing, the very first fitted to the fork, the rest fitted to the frame. After a couple of years they changed to a half fairing?

Skidmarx list for the XJ900, but you would have to check with them which version it is.........

I will measure the AR fairing and post later.

it looks just like the rd350 fairing but has a square light instead of round.

                      Hi YHS,

Yup!...... That was an XJ900F over here. Just be careful 'cos the later 900F has a bigger fairing.

The 900S, with three-spoke wheels was named the Diversion here; I don't know if you got those?

The list of sizes got a bit ugly, so I have sent it as a PM; hope that is OK?
