Hi, just wondering if anyone has ever checked their valve clearances 10 times and always found them to be within spec but still have a tick ? I find that checking my clearances with lobe 180 away from valve shim is good but if I rotate the engine so that the valve has opened and closed, just after it has closed, on the side of the lobe before the bottom, the clearance is much larger until it gets back to the bottom.
Any feedback would be appreciated because eventhough she runs good, the sound is driving me crazy !!
