  • Chain Drive

I have not logged on to the site for a while and was interested to see that there was someone who was doing chain drive conversions but for some reason stopped - if you look at my speedway racing setup in the to custom section you will see that I have converted the bike to chain drive to make ratio changes easy for different tracks.
I can do these conversions but would need your middle gear case and L/H engine cover sent to me in South Australia. I have no idea on current cost of needed materials etc but if there is enough interest I can find out and advise.
I previously did them for $1500.00 AUD NOT INCLUDING POSTAGE OR FREIGHT BACK IN THE LATE 90S EARLY 01.

For $1500, you can have a complete rear swingarm from a ZRX11 and maybe new rubber along with the 1-piece housing I designed. Is your housing adjustable at the front sprocket?....Member LVTOM sent me some detailed pics of what he had, and it looks like what you describe. It will work, but your chain to engine case is permanent and you would have to go through alot of rear sprocket machining/adjustment to get it lined up initially. If I wanted, I could bolt on the extra ZRX11 swingarm that I have and just change the sprocket shims up front.........I have just one housing and hardware left if anyone is interested.....$450 shipped anywhere in the U.S...... $500 to Canada, $525 anywhere else........Just PM
