  • Time Zone?

I have a really random question regarding the time clock to this forum. Why is the current time from a time zone in Russia??? There could not have been many of these if any imported to the Soviet Union during the late 70s and 80s.

      Russia?

Below this post it says GMT = Greenwich Mean Time : Greenwich is in England.

You've never heard the story of GMT?

Mine sez:- GMT - 7 hours the time now is 12:11 PM

But that's the time when you open the site.
It still sez 12:11 PM while it's 12:46 PM as I type this.
So it ain't a clock, it's more of an indication.

I dunno, but the time in the bottom left telling me GMT-5 corresponds with the clock on my coffee maker...speaking of which.....
