you are the first person I have every seen even mention, much less provide a link, to this diaphram deal since I have been reading this forum. That's pretty cool. You didn't say what's wrong with yours or if you are even thinkin' about gettin' new ones? Yours perforated ... shrunk ... wrong color .... something else?
Methinks thee needs to give 'em a try though, 'specially if yours are trashed out and let us know how they work .... do you pry 'em apart, heat 'em, freeze 'em or what to get that round plastic block out? Anyway ... the price is pretty fair compared to the ones at PNM.

How do you get the old ones apart? It looked like the plastic retainer was molded in place on the assembly. I didn't dare try and dis assemble them for fear of having to spend $250 on replacements.
According to the illustrated instruction sheet that they sent at my request, you cut the upper ring off with a utility knife, remove the old diaphragm, put the new diaphragm on and superglue the ring back on, clamping it with a nylon tie-wrap until it dries. They claim, they hold up just fine, but I wanted to hear if anyone here had tried them. My current diaphragms are ok - not great. I'm just looking down the road for when I have to replace them. 25 bucks a piece seems reasonable when you see what others are charging for the slide/diphragm assembly. Even at 64 bucks each (which is the cheapest I've seen) you're talking about 256 bucks for four.

The price on their web site is $89.00. I suppose the 99 price is to offset ebay listing fees. Remember, these WILL NOT fit the 78-79 carbs. The 78-79 are not available at this time.

I'm confused, the ones on Parts N More say this - "Fits XS1100G/H/LG/LH/SG/SH (81-82)"
G, SG and LG are 1980 and it looks like they come with the slide also. I've put super glue on rubber before and it cracks when the rubber flexes, it could cause a leak.
I tried using superglue
on the diaghrams after it was
recommended by a yammy mechanic.
DONT ever use it, it dries hard, and it started
melting/breaking down the rubber.

I had an old diaphragm lying around. With those 'replacements' in mind, I tried taking it apart. The metal slide is flared out to hold the upper plastic ring on. If I recall correctly, I ended up breaking the ring to get it off. While I haven't actually done the replacement, I would highly recommend trying something else.
