cam chain tensioning

Service manual says to tension the cam chain regularly; someone define regularly in miles for me....also, warm engine or cold.

Hows the summer riding been going all my "Fast Friends"?
With apologies to our Oz riders. Heard they got a bit of snow this year down under.....

Hey Bruce,
Manual says every 3000 miles or when it becomes noisy. I just did mine and I did it while the engine was warm but, it should be fine in either case.
