new controls

Sorry for asking but I need a new left hand control. my left hand blinker stopped working and when I took it apart I actually found three wires that were coroded and broke off not sure what they all do but doesnt look worth fixing. I have read other posts and sounds like mikesxs is the place to go but was just wondering if anyone had another place they had found while looking for the same thing. By the way I have an 80 special they should work right? other than some wiring and plug ins from what it sounds like.

By the way just got done with replacing the valve cover gasket, and cam end caps and chain tensioner gasket, oring and end seal. thanks for the advice and help. helped make it easier by far

MikesXS wont work unless you change the connectors.They come with male ends and the connectors on the bike have male ends.

mine has the hazord switch I dont mind eliminating that but is it tied in with any of the other systems will it affect any thing else

Changing connectors is no biggy. I have modern controls on both sides and love them. Smooth action, nice looking, and light weight.

Hey JS,

The hazard switch is a separate signal circuit with it's own flasher unit/relay that won't affect the turn signals. I had to reroute mine due to using another control set that also didn't have the hazard switch, routed the wires to a switch under the left side cover for easy access.
