Saw these self-testing fuses at Harbor Freight. They have a little led that glows if the fuse blows. What'll they think of next.

I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

One thing for sure, there is nothing new under the sun. In the old days there were self testing fuses that had a little pop out tab that activated by a spring built into the fuse. The fuse wire was stretched through the barrel and terminated on a base under spring pressure. When the fuse wire parted, the spring would pop out a little tab indicating the fuse was blown.
The led indicator is a new application of an old idea.
