The XS11 is a common bike to be triked in the UK. I have seen a huge number over the years at various bike shows and rallies.
Rather than just that 'axle bolted on the back' look, I prefer ones like this which are constructed with a totally new frame and a lot of thought given to the styling.
The law in the UK has recently (last 3-5 years I think) changed making it difficult to trike a bike with a whole new frame, so the 'axle bolted on' look is beginning to be more common.
Having said that, there are still some 'standard looking' nice XS11 trikes around, like these.....
The trike thing seems to be a bit more widespread in Europe than the US I guess
