master cylinder rebuild

i just got the rebuilt front MC on the bike and spent 20 minutes pumpng with no signs of improvement. took hoses off and noticed no fluid pumped from the MC. did a search on here, discovered the sponge hole problem. my MC was affected so i cleaned it and now it works but still wont pump fluid through. it started leaking fluid through the handle side.

i looked over the maint. article about the front MC piston cup. my piston has the threaded end. is there a difference? thanks

nvm, i figured it out. the service manuals diagram wasn't very descriptive on where the cup went. yeah, it's the same as in the main.t article
