    Hey Dvigue,

Along with what Ken showed you in his link, have you seen
    This Pictorial guide ??

You can find the tech tips from scrolling down from the MAIN FORUM PAGE, not just by the links in the left column.

You just want a few degrees, not much, just a little past a right angle. I know I posted about the Dremmel fix, but if you have access to a die grinder and diamond bits, it'll go much quicker and easier. Good Luck.

Thanks TC. I read all of the stuff that Ken has sent and all that I could find on the site. I was just not wanting to go "if a little is good then a lot must be better" and go overboard on the undercutting.

I used a 30k rpm Rotozip and a diamond bit. Took all of 10 min to under cut the 3 dogs and 6 slots. I did the initial cut just like you said above but wanted to make sure before I went further than I needed to.

Tomorrow, I am going to use the grinding stone tool and clean up the cuts to smooth them out and make them completely even.
