  • XJ sparking plugs.

Can anyone tell me if the XJ1100 uses the same sparking plugs as the XS, or are they different. I've just bought a 1982 Maxim in the UK, and can't find much info' on the bike as they were never officially imported into the UK. Any guidance appreciated!!

    XJ plug specs:

    BP6ES (NGK) or W20EP-U (Nippondenso)
    Gap 0.7 ~ 0.8 mm or 0.028 ~ 0.032 inches
    Torque to 20Nm or 14 ft-lbs

Think these are the same as the XS.....
