getting there -XS-11

I finally got bikes starter to work.Now I have a new,old problem. The bike had a real weak spark at the sparkplug. I checked the pickup coil on side of engine.The pickups next to the reluctor seem to far away. What would the gap be on the above? Thanks.

There is no spec in the manual for that gap. I use a business card.

a yamaha dealer told me about .020

I read the above advice concerning gap setting. I that is what`s wrong this is very trying, to trouble shoot. Will check tomorrow or next day. Thanks.
