Are the clutch discs sold on Mike's XS the correct ones. I seem to recall that to be the case, but my CRS is kicking in lately. There was also something about adding a steel plate ( doubling one of them I think) to the stack. How about the springs, do they interchange also? I remember seeing this in one of the threads, but I couldn't find it with search. Thanks in advance!

Friction plate wear limit is 2.8mm (3mm be new)
I've had a clutch slip and the frictions measured good.
Added the "extra steel plate mod" (described in tech tips) and new "Heavy Duty Springs" and all was good again.
Frictons can be had from seveal sources, but have not tried any from mikesxs.

Hey Tim,
Here are the part #'s comparison, ONLY the Friction plates are the same....The Steels have different inner slots, and springs are not..perhaps not the same length or tension!
