Non-ethanol fuel
I've run 87 (with 10% ethanol) for over 5k miles on my G and about 3k miles on the J w/out any ill effects. I recently discovered that I can purchase the "blue" non-ethanol fuel at one of my local marinas for about $0.20 more per gal. One of these days I'm going to purchase enough fuel to at least go through one tankfull and see what happens. Typically, I get about 125 miles before my guage indicates empty, although it usually only takes about 4 gals. ------ +/- 30 mpg.
I'll report back on the results of using the 'marine' fuel.
