Bad Front Fork Pinch Bolt

A whole slew of parts I ordered came in this week and I've been busy installing them.

When I removed the front wheel to install the new fork seals I noticed one of the pinch bolt studs looked like stretched PlayDoh[tm].






I replaced both studs and the nuts and washers because those critters hold my front wheel on the bike!

That was a good idea because that one was over torqued at some point in the past.

That's what I figured.

It was only about $10 for the new parts and I don't have to wonder if my front wheel and I will be going where I point it on "The Road," or if we will part ways and visit the world of stationary objects found all along "Not The Road."

If I have my druthers, I prefer "The Road."
