  • Brake Swap?

Who has swapped the XS brakes (calipers/rotors/master/etc) with another bike's? What bike was it? Any bolt ons or are they all needing fabrications?

I'm thinking about getting better brakes but want to know what you guys have put on and what it took to make them work. I saw a few threads, but was hoping to get a consolidated version for future XSives.

I think most of the time some Mods will need to be made. Alot of people are just happy as a pig in sh-t with just putting on Stainless steel braided lines. they say it really improves your braking. Also Cross drilling your rotors helps alot too I am told. I have done neither yet.
