on the way in, on the highway, it came off,
funny how you get more noticed in traffic,
tucked it back in the e-lane thanks to the gloves, then made it to the streets where the vibrations shook the final bolt off. I stopped and it rolled towards me propelled by traffic. Bit flat on the small side now.

    My point being:
these JC Whitney xtra long reverse megaphone are wee bit wide and adapters leak and don't hold ****, leak & cause backfire.
Should I slash the headers for proper welding?

    Hey Greg,

There is a recent thread on how to fix a muffler that fell off!

I would think that you might want to have the adapter welded onto the header, so that you would only need 1 clamp instead of 2!?

because of the angle of the pipe to the header the adapter system isn't the solution

but welding a bigger piece then welding the pipes to it sounds like saving the headers from being cut

      thx
