  • Spoke too soon...

    Bike is back to the "surging" thing I described in earlier posts. I'm pretty confident that it isn't the carbs because they are KUH-LEEN ...I'm sure of it. They do still need to be sync'd, but they are working MUCH better than before (mostly noticed at idle).
    As some of you helpful folks have mentioned before, the next steps I'm going to take will be electrical. My question refers to the PUC wires...how will them being bad cause an intermittant mid-throttle range flat spot and surging?

    Basic answer is...As the mechanical and vacuum advance rotates it will strech and or bend the wires and cause a situational break in them.
